*** PHA-USA listed practitioners agree to provide free services or services on a sliding scale for low-income, underserved communities, and those experiencing financial hardship, all of whom may seek care from our practitioners. Ongoing in-kind services offered in support of PHA-USA’s management and mission will be considered sufficient to satisfy this requirement. ***
*** If your business is not physically headquartered in the USA or its territories, you will not be eligible to be listed in our directory. ***
